Atelier Architecture Stabilité relies on a structured organization and specialized skills, bringing together internal staff as well as trusted partners. With its expertise, the permanent team, composed of 6 people, ensures the smooth management and execution of large-scale projects while maintaining a personalized and innovative approach in each of its interventions.
History
A team at your service… new ideas... new projects...
Founded in 1995 by engineer-architect Luc DELPLACE and architect Michel DUQUAINE, followed by architects Olivier VERDIQUE and Alain LUST, the company « AAS sprl – Architecture and Stability Workshop » initially developed primarily around the activities of architects and civil engineers.
Expanding to new partners with complementary training and experience, structured as a design office, it quickly went beyond this framework to identify today with new disciplines, other services, more in line with the skills developed and the continuous evolution in the fields of construction, expertise, sustainable development, and land planning…
Renamed in 2003 « Aas 3 sprl – Architecture Stability Workshop », the company has also been positioned as a « civil society of architects » since 2010.
Years go by… and through fortunate encounters and the tests of time, the future continues to be built!
Now known as « Aas 3 srl – Civil Society of Architects & Engineers Associates », the company is currently co-managed by architect Alain LUST, architect Julie ROISIN, and engineer/surveyor-expert Olivier MOREAU.
Together with their multidisciplinary team, they aim to offer you a comprehensive and personalized service organized into four areas of activity :
